The Pacer Programme
The Acteon PACER programme is something different, designed for results-driven people who want to determine the pace of their leadership career. Whether you are from within or outside the Acteon group it doesn’t matter, what does is the evident attitude, aptitude and resilience in your career so far. Having some experience in the oil and gas industry is useful but not the be-all and end-all. What is important is your demonstrable exposure to some or all of the following; business start-up; mergers and acquisitions associated with the business integration; business transformation all allied with a strong commercial focus.
Our Recruitment Principles
We are aware that individuals or organisations not connected with Acteon occasionally try to take advantage of our global footprint by making fraudulent offers of employment. These offers usually involve potential candidates being asked to contribute money towards the recruitment process.
No part of Acteon, including Acteon Group Ltd, Acteon Field Life Service Ltd or any of our individually branded operating companies will never ask for money during the recruitment process. We never make job offers or send out contracts of employment without first completing our detailed recruitment process, which always includes at least one face-to-face interview with authorised Acteon personnel.
We recommend that job seekers are vigilant about misrepresentation of any corporate or individual identity. Should you be offered a fraudulent contract similar to this example, we advise you to break contact with the sender immediately.

Any contractual offer of employment from either the Acteon Group or one of our branded service companies will only be forthcoming after a job is advertised. You will then have had to go through the recruitment process, which will involve the minimum of one face to face interview, and likely more.
The interview will be held by authorised Group personnel who will be happy to validate their identity and at no point will you be asked for any money.
