The Rocksteady® quick connect lifting tool delivers rapid, secure and repeatable connections for lifting offshore and subsea infrastructure. Designed to reduce vessel time and manual handling, this offshore lifting tool enables safer operations and shorter lift cycles in demanding offshore environments. With proven application across jacket, monopile and subsea component lifts, it supports efficient installation for offshore wind, oil and gas and decommissioning campaigns.

How Rocksteady® works
Inspired by wellhead collet connectors, the load is transferred through machined forged load shoulders produced to the highest offshore quality standards. The “pancake” style receptacle can be easily integrated or machined into lifted equipment.
Rocksteady® is engineered to prevent disconnection while loaded, even with a complete loss of hydraulic or onboard power. A manual override allows for easy disconnection in the event of hydraulic supply loss. Clear visual indicators of lock/unlock status provide a quick reference to all personnel, ensuring a lift is safe to proceed, making it impossible to partially lock.
It is operated via a direct hydraulic, radio remote control (range up to 300 m) and an acoustic remote control once subsea.
