How offshore grouting works
Successful grouting depends on accurate planning, controlled material production and reliable placement. We assess the foundation design, grout specification, required volume, delivery route and offshore logistics before defining the procedure and configuring the equipment spread.
Mix and monitor
Grout is produced to the required specification using controlled mixing systems, with key parameters monitored throughout the operation.
Quality control
Material samples, density, flow and other project-specific parameters are checked throughout the operation, with full traceability maintained from grout receipt to final placement.
Pump and place
The grout is transferred into the connection using a planned sequence designed to support complete filling and minimise the risk of voids.
Confirm completion
Volumes, pressures and material performance are recorded to provide a clear installation record and support final verification.

Typical uses include monopile-to-transition-piece connections, jacket pile sleeves, pin piles, drilled rock sockets, suction-bucket voids, structural repairs and grout bags used for pipeline or cable stabilisation.
