iCUE

Real-time digital insight into offshore asset performance

iCUE is a digital asset management software designed for the energy industry. It consolidates fragmented data and transforms it via strong integrity engineering processes into actionable insights, helping operators monitor and maintain SURF, SPS, mooring systems, and balance of plant (BoP) equipment. By consolidating data into a single, reliable platform, iCUE reduces uncertainty and supports confident lifecycle decisions.

Delivered by 2H, iCUE is a domain-expert-driven solution designed to solve operational lifecycle pain points. Our digital twin applications are designed to unlock higher value in risk management of complex degradation mechanisms (e.g. fatigue) combining the power of AI with real time data processing. This enables operators to extend asset life, optimise offshore inspections and plan maintenance with precision, while maintaining compliance and protecting long-term value.

How iCUE works

iCUE is an intuitive, cloud-based integrity management software that brings structured data organisation across multiple sources and systems, including SharePoint, MAXIMO, PI Historian, ESRI and more - alongside real-time insights in a single platform. As an integrity management system, it provides dashboards, anomaly and action alerts and automated reporting for immediate action.

By integrating with digital twin workflows, iCUE becomes part of a wider offshore data management system, connecting real-time data with engineering models. This enables predictive maintenance, life extension planning and early detection of high consequence threats such as fatigue and overstress enabling proactive risk management.

Act on asset condition with digital clarity

Managing offshore integrity often means balancing risk and revenue. iCUE addresses this by providing a single source of truth for asset design, fabrication, and installation data, and operational insights from field data. Leveraging 2H’s independent engineering services Backed by Acteon’s lifecycle expertise and powered by 2H, it supports operators and developers maximise uptime, and maintain compliance.

Engineering offshore resilience: Designing for adaptability and efficiency

The offshore energy sector is evolving rapidly. Both oil and gas fields and offshore wind farms are under pressure to deliver reliable energy while keeping projects affordable. The design choices engineers make today will determine whether these projects remain adaptable, resilient and ready to meet future challenges or whether they become locked into costly, rigid solutions that limit flexibility for decades.
