Working closely with a network of approved European forges, mills, machine shops and fabricators, Acteon can manage the manufacture and integration of clients’ subsea and riser equipment with the highest quality and complete traceability.
Acteon’s drilling and decommissioning segment supplies joints in both welded and integrally forged construction at working pressures up to 15,000psi and joint weights up to 15 metric tonnes.
Specialist riser components include; detailed flange and weld design, flange and weld qualification, delivery of the finished joints, plus handling and make up of tooling. A full range of riser joint sizes and designs are available, from smaller completion riser joints through to large diameter tension and stress joints for drilling, in a range of NACE compliant high strength materials.
