Moorings integrity management program
Clarus together with its sister company, InterMoor, can develop an integrity management (IM) system for a mooring system to optimize inspection and monitoring activities with the goal of maximising up-time of the producing asset.
Mooring specific threats such as corrosion, wear, over-stress, fatigue and mechanical damage are assessed with respect to design intent, design margins and operational history of the asset and the resulting output forms the basis of the integrity management plan.
Once set up, the IM Plan can be implemented with the development of inspection checklists, KPIs for field sensor data, anomaly management and periodic reporting and updates of the IM Plan.
Delivered by Clarus
Clarus is an independent subsea integrity engineering services provider, established by riser engineering experts, 2H Offshore. Clarus aims to maximise production uptime by using efficient IM processes and providing clear information about condition and performance capabilities of offshore assets.
Integrate this product
Acteon solutions can simplify the interface between Acteon and customers that need more than one of its operating companies’ products or services to address their subsea challenges, whatever their scale and complexity. Each combination is packaged as a customer-specific integrated service and delivered through a single Acteon point of contact under a single contract.
