Acteon can develop an integrity management (IM) system for a mooring system to optimize inspection and monitoring activities with the goal of maximising up-time of the producing asset.
Mooring specific threats such as corrosion, wear, over-stress, fatigue and mechanical damage are assessed with respect to design intent, design margins and operational history of the asset and the resulting output forms the basis of the integrity management plan.
Once set up, the IM Plan can be implemented with the development of inspection checklists, KPIs for field sensor data, anomaly management and periodic reporting and updates of the IM Plan.
