Flange splitting tools

ACTEON'S FLEXIBLE RANGE OF FLANGE SPLITTING TOOLS HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO ASSIST IN THE SPREADING OF ALL FLANGE JOINT TYPES INCLUDING THOSE WITH NO ACCESSIBLE GAPS BETWEEN THEM.
Splitting the flanges of components that have spent a lifetime together is often a difficult operation and should not be underestimated as it can add unnecessary risk to a project.
Flange splitting tools, also known as pipe flange spreaders or flange spreaders, are available in a variety of types and configurations to assist in the spreading of all pipe flange joint types during decommissioning operations.
Our range includes hydraulic models which are remotely operated, along with integral and mechanical options. Wedge type spreaders and secure grip spreaders are the main styles we offer for a wide range of pipe flange sizes.
