Acteon offers a range of abrasive cutting equipment that has been developed for use in various applications.
Claxton’s conductor stump recovery package offers the flexibility, tooling and resources to recover conductor stumps, either riglessly or rig-based, by using multi-platform deployable equipment.
There is often a requirement to recover subsea conductor stumps on platform wells, which is why we have developed a suite of tooling that offers a variety of flexible solutions plus cost and time-saving techniques.
The package provides a turnkey cutting and recovery service solution by incorporating Claxton’s innovations and field-proven technologies including our SABRE™ abrasive cutting system and modular lifting tools incorporating dropped object protection. These systems can be teamed with the Claxton multi-string recovery system or deployed from a rig or vessel.
Based on over two decades of decommissioning experience, with a predominant market share in the North Sea, Claxton’s conductor stump recovery package has been proven on numerous projects. Claxton’s equipment is operated by a team of multi-skilled experts, which keeps personnel on board (POB) to a minimum.
