UTEC, Acteon’s Geo-services business line, delivered integrated geophysical, environmental and geotechnical surveys across Bellrock and Broadshore floating offshore wind sites in the North Sea, supporting early-stage site characterisation and development planning.

Intermoor, Acteon’s Moorings and Anchors business line, executed a multi-phase offshore decommissioning campaign for Petrojarl I FPSO offshore Brazil. The first phase included the provision of engineering for pull-in wire replacement, risers pull-out, mooring line disconnection, including a contingency plan of non-operability of mooring winches and the FPSO towing preparation and tow plan.

Menck, Acteon’s Marine Foundations business line, delivered nearshore drilling and grouted rock-socket piling works to support marine infrastructure upgrades at Kennacraig Ferry Terminal in Scotland. 

Acteon’s Menck and 2H delivered a full offshore drilling and grouting service for eight mooring piles, supporting the Scarabeo 5 marine foundations project in Congo.

Menck, Acteon’s Marine Foundations business line, delivered its largest offshore grouting operation to date for DEME, supporting the installation of 61 turbine foundations at the Yeu-Noirmoutier Offshore Wind Farm. To keep pace with DEME’s rapid installation schedule, we executed large annulus grouting operations at previously unmatched pumping rates, achieving exceptionally fast turnaround times between pours and enabling fast consecutive foundation installations.

Menck, Acteon’s Marine Foundations business line, delivered a fully integrated jacket installation solution for the Congo LNG project in 27 m water depth. The project required precise execution in a challenging marine environment. Tight tolerances, complex logistics, and remote coordination added pressure to deliver a safe, first-time-right installation.

UTEC, Acteon’s Geo-services business line, delivered a comprehensive deepwater geotechnical investigation offshore Mozambique using the Portable Remotely Operated Drill (PROD5) seabed drilling system, combining sampling and in situ data to characterise challenging seabed conditions.

Intermoor, Acteon’s Moorings and Anchors business line, completed the disconnection, removal, and towing of a 20-year old FSO vessel in the Gulf of Thailand.

UTEC completed laser and topographic surveys at 15 Scottish rail sites for Mott MacDonald, capturing high-resolution data under live rail conditions.

Intermoor delivered 46 complex pipeline tie-in disconnections, asset recoveries, and wet storage operations across multiple offshore fields for a major Southeast Asia energy operator.

Intermoor replaced the top chain on all twelve mooring lines (four groups of three) of the Bonga FPSO, located 120 km southwest of the Niger Delta.

Intermoor was commissioned by a global energy operator in Southeast Asia to decommission two Single Point Mooring (SPM) Calm Buoy Systems and the associated subsea infrastructure.
