The HLK-90130 Power pack is a three-phase powered unit that can be supplied for operation on either 440 or 660 Volts. The motor is fitted within an oil-filled, pressure-compensated housing, which is separate from the pump and reservoir.
The pump has an oil filter fitted to prevent contamination from being circulated through the hydraulic system.
The 22KW hydraulic power unit (HPU) is a complete power generation system designed to convert electrical power into a usable hydraulic power source for local supply to hydraulically operated tools and machinery.
Fitted with 1 high flow pressure/return line and a 2 station DCV makes the unit ideal for SIT works or for testing of hydraulic tooling prior to deployment on the ROV.
Both the IW12, a 34: square drive Medium Duty, and the IW16, a heavy-duty 1″ drive hydraulic impact wrench, are designed for the toughest underwater bolting operations.

Powered by a Stanley integral Hyrevz motor, the IW16 has a durable swing hammer impact mechanism with adjustable impact intensity from 500 to 2500 ft lbs (680 to 3400Nm) of torque. The Stanley IW16 design is suitable to run from a wide range of hydraulics circuits. The “D” style grip handle, with the multi-position assist handle and hi-visibility yellow paint, is standard.
