The Specialist Offshore Services Anchor Zip 10 is a unique product which has been developed using the highly successful Zip Pump and Zip Jet technologies. The AZ10 has proven itself over the years for suction pile and caisson work, and any job which requires up to 9 bar of differential pressure/suction. It has a built in relief valve that can be set to maximum suction to protect suction piles and anchors.
Specifically designed for ROV deployment, the AZ10 will interface with most work class ROV hydraulic systems. Vehicles fitted with the Anchor Zip 10 will offer a very quick and cost effective way of installing and removing suction anchors with no need to recover for pump change out. Output pressures may be regulated to ensure that differential pressures remain within the structural limits of all types of suction anchor. Flow reversal for anchor recovery is cleverly and simply achieved by sliding the top assembly from the input to the output side of the centrifugal pump.

The Specialist Offshore Services Anchor Zip 20 complements the Anchor Zip 10 by offering higher flow specifications at lower pressures when larger suction anchors are being installed.
The Specialist Offshore Anchor Zip 20 Suction Pump is specifically designed for deployment on ROV and will interface with most work class hydraulic systems. The Specialist Offshore Services subsea LP pump is a Hypro centrifugal pump. Hypro Series 9300 hydraulic motor-driven centrifugal pumps provide smooth performance. The 150psi pump can be conveniently mounted on to the ROV, thus becoming part of the vehicle’s hydraulic system.
Designed for pumping fluids, Polypropylene centrifugal pumps may also be used to pump acidic and other highly corrosive liquids. Contact Specialist Offshore Services if more information on the ROV LP Pump is required.
On/ Off control of hydraulic supply to the pump, including adjustment of flow and pressure has been integrated by Specialist Offshore Services into a custom designed manifold.

The Hypro “close-coupled” design reduces the mounting space required, so that it eliminates long shafts and couplers between the pump and motor. The pumping fluid is taken directly from the surrounding seawater.
The LP Pump can be set up to provide suction for items such as suction grippers.
Another option is that the ROV LP pump can also be used in conjunction with one or more of the Specialist Offshore Services hydraulic rotary actuators in order to provide low pressure back seal testing, double block and bleed or hotstab port selection, or precise control of LP fluid injection quantities.

The Tritech Super ZipJet ROV Dredge Pump replaces the successful Tritech ZipJet Ultra range of suction & jetting systems.
The Super ZipJet pump incorporates many technical advances over the previous generation of ROV suction and jetting systems. These advances are a direct result of customer feedback.
Considerable emphasis has been placed on increasing the pumps efficiency in both the suction and jetting modes. The Super ZipJet pump incorporates several design features which improve its reliability and substantially reduce its maintenance costs.
The Super ZipJet pump will not block or jam because there are no moving parts on the dredging side of the system. Power is derived from a stream of high velocity fluid creating a low pressure region behind the suction nozzle. The pump may be rapidly switched from suction to jetting mode.
