Environmental
Reducing emissions, protecting marine ecosystems and managing environmental impact across offshore operations and global facilities.
Lower emissions
Scope 1 and 2 emissions (location-based) were reduced by 19% between FY23 and FY24 through active monitoring and efficiency initiatives.
Protecting marine life
We're developing underwater noise abatement technologies to reduce disruption to marine mammals during offshore construction.
Social
Creating safe, inclusive workplaces and acting with integrity across our global operations and the communities we work in.
Global safety culture
Group-wide QHSE standards support consistent safety performance across our locations, reinforced by leadership, training and team engagement.
Community engagement
Employees are supported and encouraged to take part in volunteering, charity and local initiatives that deliver community impact.
Governance
Strong governance and compliance frameworks drive ethical conduct, transparency and accountability across all levels of the organisation.
Board-level ESG oversight
Climate risk, ethics and ESG priorities are reviewed at the highest level, with clear accountability embedded in group leadership structures.
Compliance in action
Training and awareness programmes have been expanded significantly, with all business lines engaged in continuous compliance and ethics education.
