Quality
LDD is certified through DNV-GL to hold the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Quality Management Systems.
This management system allows LDD to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. This aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continuous improvement.
Health, safety and welfare
LDD is certified through DNV-GL to hold the ISO 45001:2018 standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
Health and Safety of all staff and clients worldwide is a top priority at LDD. Since start up in 2007, LDD has maintained this focus, giving them an enviable safety record and acting as a clear differentiator over competitors. This has been achieved through the continual development of robust policies, procedures and processes, and an absolute commitment to the safety employees, partners and clients.

Environment
LDD is actively working towards the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems standards, this allows:
- Enhancement of all aspects of environmental performance
- Fulfilment of all compliance obligations
- Help in the achievement of environmental objectives
- Development an environmental management plan for every project
To date LDD has a BREEAM certified development for its Workshop and Office in Cornwall, and has completed a full ESOS audit to meet the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (2012/27/EU).

LDD has introduced the 7 Steps 2 Safety (7S2S) to its global operations as a set of rules to reflect the value put on safety culture. LDD continues to drive this mentality to become intrinsic to the way they operate.
The 7 Steps 2 Safety are LDD’s Golden Rules to help everyone ensure that they are safe in all aspects of the work that they undertake.
